Upon completion of all the WoundCon Fall 2020 On-Demand sessions you wish to participate in, you can complete the online CE/CME certificate request form on our accrediting partner’s site.
A certificate containing your total earned CE/CME credits or certificate of participation will be issued to you via email within 3-5 business days from Ciné-Med, Inc.
Make sure you complete ALL the sessions you plan to complete before filling out this form.
You will not be able to return and claim more session credits once you submit.
